Return & Exchange

At Sunny Blackout Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Item must be unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
If you need a different size or replacement, please contact us before returning your item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
4. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at lebronnelson019@gmail.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was shipped
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Banks may require additional time to post funds
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
